I can not believe it is almost August! Times are so busy in the mmm test kitchen as we prepare for the upcoming Carrot Fest on Saturday, August 21, 2010. It should be a great event and I am starting to prepare for the cooking demostrations. I have come up with some great carrot recipes that I think you all will love, so I hope I will see you there.
